SEE THE ISSUES FACED BY ARSENAL THAT IS MAKING THEM LOSE GAMES
Things is getting out of hand and Arsenal is looking like a team that is not ready for any spot in Europe nor any spot in the top ten of the premier league table. Fourteen (14) round of games have come and gone and the gunners have only managed only 14 points in the premier league and sit 15th on the table. The gunners have lost their last Six home games in the league and have managed just a point in their last four games which ultimately means Arsenal is on the verge of getting their worst start to a premier league season in their history.
Mikel Arteta who is the manager is also having his job on the line as things is not getting an inch better weeks after weeks. What could be the issue with the gunners?
Creativity is zero: When it comes to holding play, Arsenal is good at it but getting the ball into the right place is the issue and that is where creativity comes in as the likes of Xhaka and Ceballos is not doing any creative job in the midfield. According to stats this season, the gunners have just 14 goals and have a total of 32 shots on target which makes them 18th on the list of teams with the most shot on target as well as 65 chances created in the league but guess what? They are 20th on this list again which comprises of Sheffield United, Brighton and co.
Creativity is the major problem with the Arsenal team so as to have the likes of Aubameyang and Lacazette on the ball more. Defensively, the gunners are good which makes them the team with the best defensive record at some point this season but not presently.
Winning games comes from scoring lots of goals but when it comes to that, Arsenal is poor as they have just 10 all season. Recall that the gunners have just two goals in the league all through the month of November one from penalty the other from open play which was scored by a defender in Gabriel. Where are the strikers?
This summarizes all the poor form of Arsenal so far this season which gives rise to fans calling for Ozil back in the squad as well as getting a new player in the next transfer window come January.
What else do you think is the issue with the gunners this season?
What should the coach do?
